Our Services

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a confidential, one-on-one space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life challenges. Through a personalized and evidence-based approach, sessions focus on understanding underlying patterns, building effective coping skills, and supporting meaningful change. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, stress, or life transitions, individual therapy helps you gain clarity, strengthen resilience, and move forward with confidence.

Family Therapy

Family relationships can be deeply meaningful—but also complex and, at times, challenging. In family therapy, we work together to improve communication, strengthen connection, and resolve ongoing conflicts. My approach is collaborative and respectful, ensuring that every voice is heard. • Improving communication and reducing misunderstandings. • Strengthening parent-child relationships • Navigating conflict in a healthy and productive way • Building trust, consistency, and emotional safety within the family

Therapy for Children and Adolescents

Children and teens often express their emotions through behavior rather than words. That’s why I use developmentally appropriate, evidence-based approaches such as Parent-Child Interaction Training (PCIT), attachment-based therapies, and play-based interventions. In working with younger clients, I support both the child and the parent. We focus on: • Strengthening attachment and emotional connection • Supporting positive behavior and reducing challenges • Teaching parents effective, consistent strategies • Helping children develop emotional awareness and coping skills When parents feel empowered and children feel understood, meaningful change happens.

Trauma-Informed Care (Including EMDR)

For individuals who have experienced trauma, therapy provides a path toward healing and restoration. Using EMDR and trauma-informed approaches, we gently process past experiences so they no longer feel overwhelming or intrusive. This work is always done at your pace, with a strong focus on safety and stability.

Skills-Based Approaches: CBT, DBT, and ACT

Throughout therapy, I integrate structured, skills-based approaches to support real-life change: • CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy): Helps identify and reframe unhelpful thoughts and behaviors • DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy): Builds skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness • ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy): Encourages mindfulness, acceptance, and living in alignment with your values. These approaches provide practical tools you can use beyond the therapy session. Therapy is a journey—and you don’t have to go through it alone. My role is to walk alongside you, provide guidance, and help you build the skills and insight needed to move forward with confidence and clarity. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I’m here to help you create meaningful and lasting change.

Behavior Management for Children

If you’re a parent, you may be asking yourself, “Why is my child behaving this way—and what do I do about it?” Behavior is communication. Children often express unmet needs, frustration, or overwhelm through their actions. In coaching, I help you: • Understand the why behind your child’s behavior • Set clear, consistent boundaries without escalating conflict • Use positive reinforcement effectively • Improve parent-child communication and connection • Respond to challenging behaviors calmly and confidently The goal is not just to “fix” behavior—but to build a stronger, healthier relationship with your child.

Managing Anxiety

Anxiety can show up as constant worry, racing thoughts, restlessness, or even physical symptoms like tension and fatigue. Together, we’ll work on: • Identifying triggers and patterns of anxiety • Learning how to interrupt negative thought cycles • Developing calming routines that work for you • Building confidence in handling uncertain situations You don’t have to let anxiety control your decisions or your life. With the right tools, it becomes manageable.

Dealing with ADHD

ADHD affects focus, organization, emotional regulation, and daily functioning—but it also comes with unique strengths. In our sessions, we focus on practical, supportive strategies such as: • Creating structure and routines that are easy to follow • Improving focus and task completion • Managing impulsivity and emotional responses • Strengthening executive functioning skills • Supporting both children and adults with ADHD The approach is never one-size-fits-all. We tailor strategies to fit your lifestyle and your needs. Coaching is a collaborative process. I’m here to guide, support, and equip you—but also to help you discover your own strengths and capabilities. Change doesn’t happen overnight, but with the right tools and consistent support, it does happen. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to work with you.
